1. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Seize the golden time to safeguard vital signs
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a "life-saving skill" for sudden cardiac and respiratory arrest in the workplace, and it is also the key content of this training. Combining common workplace emergencies such as sudden syncope and cardiac arrest of employees, the trainer explained the core principles of CPR in plain language and detailed the operation procedures: from judging consciousness and breathing, calling for help, to the depth and frequency of chest compressions, and the correct method of artificial respiration. Every step was clearly demonstrated and highlighted.
The trainer specially reminded that the golden rescue time for sudden cardiac arrest in the workplace is only 4 minutes, and standardized CPR can buy patients more time for further treatment.
In the practical operation session, employees practiced on manikins in groups. The trainer provided one-on-one guidance throughout the process, patiently correcting non-standard movements such as compression angle and strength, ensuring that every employee could master standardized and practical CPR skills.
2. Myocardial Infarction
Identify typical symptoms and respond quickly and scientifically
In a high-pressure workplace environment, the risk of sudden myocardial infarction cannot be ignored, making timely symptom identification and scientific response crucial.
During the training, the trainer explained in detail the typical symptoms of myocardial infarction, including crushing chest pain, chest tightness and shortness of breath, profuse sweating, nausea and vomiting, etc. At the same time, it distinguished easily confused atypical symptoms to help employees identify and judge quickly and accurately.
For workplace scenarios, the trainer clarified the emergency response process: once a colleague shows suspected myocardial infarction symptoms, immediately stop their activities, let them lie flat for rest, call the emergency number, keep the patient’s airway unobstructed, and cooperate with CPR if necessary. Do not move the patient at will or give unknown medicines to avoid worsening the condition.
3. Cerebrovascular Accident (Stroke)
Distinguish emergencies and avoid handling mistakes
Cerebrovascular accidents (stroke) have a sudden onset and rapid progression. Correct emergency response in the workplace can effectively reduce the risk of disability.
In the training, the trainer explained the causes and typical symptoms of ischemic and hemorrhagic cerebrovascular accidents, teaching employees to quickly judge signs of stroke by "checking the face, examining limbs, and listening to speech".
Combined with workplace scenarios, the trainer broke down key emergency response points: when suspected stroke symptoms are found, call the emergency number immediately, let the patient lie flat (with the head slightly elevated), keep the airway unobstructed, loosen the collar and belt, avoid emotional agitation, and record the onset time to provide a reference for medical staff. At the same time, handling mistakes were emphasized, reminding employees not to feed water or medicine to the patient at will, nor shake the patient, to scientifically avoid secondary injuries.
4. Trauma Hemostasis
Deal with workplace injuries with standardized hemostasis and wound care
In the workplace, minor injuries such as paper cuts and bumps are inevitable. Standardized trauma hemostasis skills can effectively prevent excessive blood loss and wound infection.
In the training, the trainer explained the applicable scenarios of different hemostasis methods for common workplace injuries, including finger pressure hemostasis, pressure bandaging hemostasis, etc., demonstrated the operation steps in detail, and emphasized the tightness of bandaging, winding methods, and precautions after hemostasis.
In the practical operation session, employees used training props to simulate common workplace injury scenarios, practiced hemostasis and bandaging skills, cooperated and corrected each other, and quickly mastered standardized operations. Combining typical cases, the trainer reminded employees to clean wounds in time and properly handle workplace injuries after treatment, and go to the hospital for further treatment if necessary to prevent infection risks.
